We send out orders on Wednesdays each week.

order cut-off is 5pm Tuesday, unless sold out earlier. If you order after this cut off time, and you require it this week please email directly waterloo@unwinedbars.co.uk. Alternatively your order will be dispatched the following week.

Please note. Please follow courier tracking for updates on your delivery - we can only see the same information as you can.

Delivery.
UK mainland - from £7.50

  • Per case (up to 12 bottles), per address

  • We use a next day courier service for deliveries.

  • You will be contacted by text or email of when to expect your delivery. Please note: deliveries can take up to 48 hrs. Where relevant, perishable items will be packed in insulated packaging with ice packs that maintain temperature for 48 hrs (or more in colder weather).

  • Please provide an email and phone number so they can contact you with tracking and time to expect your parcel.

  • Please also provide a safe place for courier to leave your parcel in case you are not able to accept in person - we can not accept responsibility for delayed or missing shipment if this is not provided.

  • Same conditions as above, but the mininmum delivery time is 48 hrs delivery to addresses in IOW, Nth Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands.
