Please consider your fellow diners and arrive on time for your booking. Likewise please respect your designated time slot so we can ensure the next diner a similar experience - if you would like to stay on over your reservation time we will let you know if the table is required or if there’s another space you can move to.

To secure your booking we will be asking for a card authorisation of £10pp or deposit (more details inc. as you make your booking). Of course we understand things come up, but we please ask you to let us know with at least 12 hours notice if you want to cancel your booking. If you are running late, that’s ok, and we can hold your table for 15 minutes before we offer it to someone else.

tasting booking policy.

Our tastings are similar to a music gig; specific people are booked, special products need to be sourced, and there’s a lot of preparation/rehearsal for each. Due to the nature of our unique tasting events, tickets are non-refundable.

We do understand things come up last minute, and unlike a gig, we can change the date of your tickets for £5 per person. We’re afraid cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not valid for refund or date change, however we can accept transfer your ticket to another name.

If you would like to change the date, please contact us via hello@unwinedbars.co.uk and we will share with you a unique code to rebook tickets via our website to a date that suits you.

supperclub booking policy.

inc. Tooting Trader & Birthday Supperclubs

Tickets are refundable up until 48 hours before the event, at which point you can move them to another date.
