Strong wine knowledge and curiosity to keep learning
Experience in table service and a people-first approach to hospitality
A calm, confident presence on the floor
A collaborative attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Experience with wine list curation, training notes, or tastings is a bonus - but we’ll support you to develop those skills if not.

If you’re passionate about wine and looking to build a long-term career in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.
