From a teeny 7 hectare biodynamic estate in the heart of Alsace, comes this dry Riesling - a joint venture between neighbours Clement & Leon.
Their vineyards are tranquil places, full of fruit trees dotted amongst the vines which attract and offer shelter to local wildlife.
Their vineyards are also very steep, meaning the harvest is carried out by hand. From 30 year old vines, and fermented with natural yeasts this is a pure, dry yet hugely complex Alsace Riesling.
