A fun, low alcohol and summery pink pet nat, made from Gamay St Romain in the Loire Valley.

Stéphane & Carine Sérol took over the estate from his father in 1996. They naturally chose to plant the region’s indigenous, local grape variety: Gamay Saint Romain.

It produces lower yields and smaller berries than the Gamay in Beaujolais - and a more fun and lively style.
