A small biodynamic family winery in one of the key wine regions of Slovenia, concentrating on traditional grapes of the region.

Everything is hand-picked, naturally fermented and then bottled unfiltered with just a minimal sulphur addition.

Cab Franc is very traditional in this region, and in neighbouring Friuli-Venezia-Giulia. It makes a full yet herbal style that is truly memorable.  Aged for one year in large Slovenian oak barrels.
