‘Aromatico’ is a blend inspired by the wines of Northern Italy and suited to the spicy food the winemaking family loves to eat. 

Protero tells a fascinating story of survival in the face of adversity. Stephen and Fiona Pannell purchased ‘Protero’, the Adelaide Hills vineyard, in late 2019.

Within a matter of days, it was surrounded by wildfire, the second major bushfire to have threatened the region this century.

Ultimately the vineyard survived, but the courage of those who defended it so fearlessly inspired Stephen and Fiona.

The 3 grapes are co fermented, and a little bit of residual sugar remains.
